What Daniel DIDNâT do to drop 7lbs in 4 weeks:
He didnât:
âGo to the gym 6days out of the week
âRun excessive miles
âWear a sauna suit
âFast for 16 hours
âWorkout for three hours
âLift lightweight with high reps
Instead, he did this:
đȘAdjusted his nutrition to his lifestyle
đȘHas a game plan
đȘWorks out 3 to 4 times a week
đȘCombines weight training and cardio
đȘSpends no more than an hour in the gym
đȘFocuses on allowing his body to recover
đȘAnd gets plenty of sleep when heâs not at the fire station
Real progress doesnât require living in the gym or starving yourself. It requires a system that fits your actual life (even with a demanding schedule at the fire station).

When Gloria first came to me, she was struggling with:
1ïžâŁ Poor eating habits
2ïžâŁ Inconsistent workouts
3ïžâŁ Low protein intake
This was leading to unwanted belly fat, constant fatigue, and low confidence, which was really affecting her mental health.
We got to work by:
â
Building a sustainable eating schedule with better food choices
â
Tracking and gradually increasing her daily protein intake
â
Designing a workout plan that fit her busy life, without taking time away from her kids
One year later âĄïž
Gloria said it best: âI can definitely see the difference.â đ
No more feeling uncomfortable in her clothes.
No more running on empty.
Just a woman who finally feels like herself again strong, confident, and proud of what she built.
This is why we do the work. đ

Not every âelevate yourselfâ moment looks like a spreadsheet or a workout log.
Sometimes itâs standing in a comic bookstore, X-Men issue in hand, feeling like a kid again.
Iâm a geek.
Always have been.
I love lifting just as much as I love a good superhero story and honestly, both taught me the same lesson: you donât get strong (or wise, or confident) overnight. You show up, issue after issue, rep after rep.
This is a little more âbehind the scenesâ than I usually post but itâs who I am outside of coaching.
A guy who loves comics, loves training, and loves helping other men in their 30s+ build the version of themselves theyâre proud of.
