Veronica Torres Hazley didn’t set out to build a movement. She set out to heal. What started as her own journey through pain became Hey Chica!, a sisterhood built on advocacy, self-care, and leadership for Latinas across Dallas.
Through Hey Chica!, V12 Yoga, and Healthy Latina Lifestyle, Veronica has spent years showing women they don’t have to choose between ambition and identity. That strength and softness can live in the same person. That a role model isn’t someone without scars, but someone who turned hers into a way forward for others.
