I enjoy sharing my progress and journey with you all! I enjoy growing and learning as an athlete. This is a new level of conditioning for me that I don’t think I’ve ever reached. I’m honestly so proud of this package we brought to the ATL PRO! Although it’s not what the judges were looking for I definitely bought my best wellness package to date! Gotta love shredded abs on the morning!!! To have abs like this at 41 after 2 births I’m so thankful 😌 but I also worked my ass off… literally 😂 for this lol 😂 now let’s see if I can keep abs during the offseason 😅
