Full service fitness center, open 7 days a week offering over 45 group classes weekly, to include an outstanding Silver Sneakers program for our senior citizen members. Danko's is a full-service facility that caters to all of your fitness goals and sports specific training programs. Our weight room and aerobics equipment is state of the art, clean and always maintained properly. Whether you are looking to gain muscle, lose body fat or simply stay in shape, we have something for everyone. Our primary goal is to provide you with the equipment, services and atmosphere to help you accomplish all of your personal fitness goals.
