Healing and manifesting go hand in hand in my work!
You got to heal to manifest the big stuff and the universe always listens to your frequency. So if you are manifesting big things while staying in a small frequency, you are only going to manifest the small stuff.
If you want to go big, you need to regulate your nervous system to ALLOW the big to come through and that starts within you. Within the chakras, the nervous system and a good trauma therapist!

LOVE IS THE HIGHEST FREQUENCY YOU CAN BE ON!
Anahata chakra is the hardest chakra to align for most people simply cause it overflows. Meaning it’s too big.
When it expands like this, it’s you giving your love away to someone else without pouring back into you.
“But I DID pour from an empty cup for many years now, Supriya!”
Yes, you did. Cause you trained your brain to operate from an empty cup.
There is a solution to all of this.
It’s not bubble baths and wine glasses.
It’s diving deep into your heart. Going back to what caused the lack of love.

Narcissists hate seeing you happy cause they love their own misery and misery loves company.
Doing things for YOU and your growth is going to allow you to truly flourish.
Work with the lower chakras and integrate them into your body. Truly alchemize them.
