9 months together.
My very first check-in with Hyacine vs. 2 days out from my second Pro Qualifier of the year.
Roughly 4 months of a full offseason, followed by nearly 6 months of prep, resulting in three shows.
The most important part of this transformation is that before working with Hyacine, I had barely trained consistently for almost four years after leaving the stage in 2020.
At best, I was doing a few workouts per week, with zero cardio and no structured nutrition plan.
When I first reached out to him, I asked if I needed to spend an entire year in offseason before competing again.
He said, โNo.โ
The rest is history.
Some people will say, โBut 9 months is such a long timeโฆโ
I look at it differently: this is what we were able to achieve in ONLY 9 months.
Just imagine what can be done with even more time.
Weโre about to find out soon enough. We have 22 weeks to improve the look on the right.
See ya on stage in December.

Some quad movements from yesterdayโs session.
In order for someone my height engage quads better while squatting and reduce hip hinge movement, I place my feet forward and focus on pushing my knees forward on the way down.
However, with reverse lunge, I needa place the front foot a bit more backwards so that it results in more ROM and stretching of a quad muscle while of course still pushing my knees forward.

Two shows back to back, 3 weeks in between
Jr USAs red look vs Jr Nats blue look
My personal favorite would be the second one, Iโm a black Kent womanโs version so the glasses are a big part of my aesthetic.
Conditioning wise both in my our were best to date.
We got some time on our hands to make improvements before the season is over and Iโm thrilled to make it happen.
Which one is your fave?

What are the odds youโre actually gonna read the captionโฆ
I started competing when I was young and naive. I was 19 years old, back in my motherland.
I got the title of Overall Champion across Asia.
I paused when I got pregnant, also early. I was only 23.
I resumed when I was 26 in 2019.
There were multiple pro qualifiers I competed in across the U.S. as a Bikini competitor. I never placed lower than Top 3. Among those titles was 1st place in my height class at the Arnold Amateur.
I made a major move to the Wellness division in 2021, and after placing 3rd Overall at another pro qualifier, I paused again but this time because I lost the man I loved with all my heart, Georgep - dabull.
This pause was different.
I quit bodybuilding completely. No regimen. No workouts. No dieting, really.
I came back this year, full force, and re-qualified to step on a pro qualifier stage again.
I am 32 now. Iโm a mother to a 9-year-old boy. Iโm no longer as naive, Iโm fierce and strong-minded.
Top 3 Overall at Jr. USAs, followed by Top 3 in my height class three weeks later.
When Iโm telling you that the mind is the strongest muscle, I mean it.
Sighโฆ
Youโve heard this narrative so many times that your brain is probably numb to it, but Iโm gonna say it again.
The math is simple.
You just have to execute and be patient.
Everything takes time. Everything worth having takes fu***ng time.
Stay patient.
Because thatโs exactly what Iโm doing.

I donโt wanna hear about macros and numbers. Sometimes you just gotta put the calculator away.
