It’s a great start to the week at @ CMA’s Colonial Honda in the Richmond market! 🎉 Super happy to be here! 👠

Tonight I grabbed a burger with some of the service crew to talk to a technician about coming on board. I’m super happy I was invited and of course I said yes! When all departments work together like we do, the dealership rolls smoothly. Sales affects service and service affects sales. TOGETHER as 1 is always the answer!

I have an exciting announcement! After receiving multiple incredible, very well-aligned opportunities and offers, I will be moving to Richmond next week and starting at our CMA’s Colonial Honda store as a sales manager!

I can’t thank every person enough who have helped me get this far. This move has truly been a company-wide team effort. I’m excited to get to work with my new team in Richmond, and to work on growing my skills.

This is the first time I have ever had multiple opportunities at once, which I am beyond grateful for is still hard for me to wrap my head around. I’m still a little shocked in a good way.

I will beyond miss my team at the Valley! Matt Groves took a chance on teaching me the ropes of the position when I was just stepping into a sales manager role for the first time last year. He’s clearly brave 🤣 but thank you so much Matt, Bruce, Ben, Liza and many other leaders in the business as a whole I have came across over the years for all you have done for me!

I will work out the month at VW and start at Honda on 7/6. Ready for action! 👠 🚗

Happiest of Father’s Day to the one where I got my car girl from, my dad! 🚗 I would have not been introduced to the auto industry if it weren’t for him. Which I’m so grateful for because auto is the best ever. He has been in the business since the 80s, and I will absolutely be in the business for decades just like him lol enjoy your day!

The absolute best part of today is that both of my parents were able to be there. My dad and I have not seen each other since Christmas, so, it was awesome catching up and talking about cars on the way 🚗 🚗

Biggest thanks ever to both of them for always being so supportive for all of my lofty initiatives!
