Deb is the heart behind our LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA program at White Rock YMCA—and you may also recognize her from leading some of our cycle classes! 🚴‍♀️

Through LIVESTRONG, Deb helps cancer survivors rebuild strength, improve flexibility, increase endurance, and find community through movement in a supportive environment.

The best part? LIVESTRONG is FREE for cancer survivors. The 12-week program meets Tuesdays & Thursdays from 1:00–2:15 PM and is designed to help participants feel stronger, more confident, and supported throughout their journey.

Back-to-school season is in full swing! We had a great time at George W. Truett Elementary School for their Back to School & Health Fair! 🎒📚 It was at an amazing opportunity to connect with families in the community.
