In these simple outlines, there is space and time to incorporate your own elements allowing for great freedom and flexibility for class styles and length of time. Each class can be any style of yoga such as a Christian Yin or Restorative Class, or a more powerful and dynamic flow or a shorter class of any style.

With each month you’ll find a seasonal theme, as well as a holiday or additional theme. The months of January, September, November, and December, have been expanded with a detailed 60 minute class to demonstrate what you can do with each outline.
