14 YEARS!

I guess the ole saying is true, “time flies when you’re having fun”! It’s hard to believe that it’s been 14 years since opened our doors with a mission to help others:
-live their healthiest lives
-believe they can do great things
-achieve incredible athletic feats
-do the most with MOVEMENT

2012- We knocked down the first wall
2013- Cassidy makes her first CrossFit Games
2014- We moved to our bigger space
2019- BLITZ
2019- the STORMWALL went up
2020- Lockdown/Garage Workouts
2022- Rebecca makes her first Indy CrossFit Games

From there we just been workin hard and steadily growing this fit family!
