Wednesday evening practice!🌅 Can you believe there are only 2!! more practices until our race in OKC? It was a great practice out there today with pause drills, pyramids, and starts, those currents couldn’t hold us back💪💪

Yesterday’s Wednesday evening sunset practice! Only 4 more weeks until our next big race in OKC🛶🐲 It was a tough practice with the wind so strong but it’s ok we were stronger💥 Great job everyone out there with those 6 minute pieces!!!💪💪

Everyone is welcome and absolutely NO experience and NO equipment required. Our coaches will teach you how to paddle and you’ll get an opportunity to try it out on the water after!

Surprise coach Sunday!
