We are incredibly grateful to for inviting ’s Jenny Kell to speak at the June Social Survivors Series. It is truly an honor to share knowledge about the lymphatic system and support breast cancer survivors through education, connection, and care.

Events like these remind us how powerful collaboration, community, and women supporting women can be. Creating spaces where survivors feel seen, heard, and empowered is so important to the healing journey.

If you are a breast cancer survivor or currently in treatment and looking for a community of women who understand, share experiences, and offer genuine support, we highly recommend connecting with our friends at Brighter Magazine. Their work continues to create meaningful conversations and resources for women navigating breast cancer.

And if you haven’t already subscribed to their magazine, it is an incredible resource filled with inspiration, education, wellness, and community.

Thank you again, Brighter Magazine, for creating spaces that uplift women’s health and bring people together. 💕

Your hips hold more than tension — they hold the effects of sitting too long, stress, stagnation, and the wear of everyday life. Movement is medicine.

Hip mobility isn’t just about flexibility; it supports balance, posture, circulation, and long-term longevity in the body. When we move, we stimulate the lymphatic system, improve joint health, and remind the body that it was designed to flow — not stay stuck.

Get outside. Walk. Stretch. Dance. Practice yoga. Move your body in ways that feel nourishing and sustainable.
