All my life, I’ve been an athlete. 🏃🏾♀️
Some of my earliest memories are trying to beat the boys at everything - running, football, basketball, whatever game was happening that day. It was never about being “better than them.” I just liked finding out what I could do.
Then I got older and realized... not everyone feels that way.
A lot of people hit adulthood and start getting smaller. Not physically - just in how they think. They stop trying new things. They convince themselves they “can’t do it” anymore.
But what if your body can still do things that surprise you?
Sprinting. Jumping. Playing. Running. Leaping. Lifting. Feeling powerful, strong, capable - I couldn’t find a place where everyday adults could experience that.
So I did what anyone in my position would do. I built one.
And that’s how EPC was born. 🧡
9 events. 3 domains. 1 AMP Score. An assessment for everyday athletes that shows you what you’re really capable of, down to the numbers. It’s not really about fitness. Fitness is just the vehicle. It’s about possibility, self-discovery, joy, the challenge, the team, the community.
Come find out what you’re made of.

Strength = 40% of your AMP score. The biggest single domain there is. 💪
Here’s what you’re training toward:
🔹 Bench Press — 175 lbs (M) / 75 lbs (W)
🔹 Trap Bar Deadlift — 225 lbs (M) / 155 lbs (W)
🔹 Pull-Ups — as many clean reps as you can manage
Save this post and build it into your training over the coming weeks:
1️⃣ Prioritize the trap bar deadlift first — it’s the highest standard relative to most starting points, and takes the longest to build safely.
2️⃣ Train bench for reps, not just a 1RM. You need it after 8 other events, not just under perfect conditions.
3️⃣ Pull-ups reward consistency more than any other event. No clean rep yet? Banded pull-ups + slow negatives, done consistently, close that gap fast.
Because strength is worth the most, it’s worth protecting your time for. 🔥

They’re not here to compete against each other. They’re here to find their edge. 💪
EPC 2026 is bringing athletes together to push limits, test what’s possible, and see how far they can go — and we’re looking for brands who want to stand behind that.

It’s not just about being fast. 🏃
Movement tests 3 things people usually train as one:
📍 straight-line speed
📍 change of direction
📍 holding pace under fatigue

You don’t have to be a pro to compete like one.
The Everyday People Combine is built for exactly that, everyday people who want to know what they’re made of. No prior experience required. Just show up, test your limits, and walk away with a real baseline of your athletic performance.
Not sure how to prepare? Start here:
👟Sprint work 2-3x/week (40-yard dash is on the clock)
🏋🏾Compound lifts: deadlifts, bench, and power cleans
🚀Agility drills: cone work, lateral shuffles
🏃🏾♀️Cardio base: you’ll want it for the full event
The combine isn’t about being the fastest or the strongest in the room. It’s about finding out where you stand, and having a number to beat next time.

30% of your Combine score comes down to one thing: force. 💥
Not endurance. Not max strength under a slow grind. Power is about how fast you can produce force in a single, explosive rep — and it shows up in the Vertical Jump, Broad Jump, and Power Ball Toss.
Good news: you don’t need to overhaul your whole program to move this number. A couple of focused sessions a week — jump training, med ball throws, and real rest between reps — is enough to see it shift.
Swipe through for the breakdown, then save this post to build into your training over the coming weeks. 📌
