We are excited to welcome Dustin Smith as the new head coach of our Dallas Nationals 9U team!

Coach Smith brings a unique blend of leadership, discipline, and a passion for developing young athletes. A U.S. Army veteran, Dustin served 13 years on active duty, including three overseas deployments, and brings the leadership, teamwork, and resilience he learned in the Army to his coaching philosophy.

Off the field, Dustin serves as the Director of Safety, Fleet, and Procurement for Hydromax USA while pursuing his Ph.D. in Occupational Safety and Health. He is also an Ironman competitor and enjoys spending time with his wife, Kris, and their three children.

As a baseball and football coach, Dustin is passionate about helping young athletes build confidence, develop fundamentals, compete the right way, and become great teammates and leaders.

We’re excited for the energy, leadership, and dedication Coach Smith will bring to our 9U program!
