Is it even a bootcamp if you didn’t get dirty?
“Michelle, why are you walking down the sidewalk to get here? Where did you park?” That’s what I asked her.
Michelle, almost 74, parks her car one mile away, walks to the gym, works out with FitCamp, then walks one mile back.
What’s amazing is her first day to visit, to see if we could help her, it took her 30 seconds to get from the parking lot directly across the front door. She had a shuffling gait that was so weak she could barely pick her feet up. I literally thought she might trip over a pebble before she made it in.
Her biggest fear: that she would hold others back because she couldn’t keep up!
Now, she’s inspiring others!
