As a 35 year old father, husband, business owner, and a trainer that’s trained over 1000s of people over 15 years I’ve learned that prioritizing your health and fitness is a must. The problem is that’s it’s easy to put off, but by the time is too late you have so many larger health issues.
As a trainer I could be in the gym for hours working out if my body would let me, but I know so many people don’t have that same passion and drive. If I didn’t have the love and passion for fitness but still needed to prioritize it I would train ideally 4 days a week for one hour a day.
I promise you. If you do this you will be ahead of 90% of people as you age. While others age backwards you will seem to age forwards or more gracefully. As your friends, family, and peers starting having surgeries and major health issues you will seem to move and live without restraining.
I’ve experienced this so many times in my own life. When you’re “young” you take your health for granted. If you have achieved a certain level of success in life you need to make an investment in your health the same way you set aside money for retirement. Don’t be that guy at 45,55, or 65 saying shoulda, woulda, coulda.
