We are honored to welcome Joseph M. Gormley, President of Ginnie Mae, as this year’s Keynote Speaker.

As the 19th President of Ginnie Mae, Gormley brings a national perspective on housing finance, policy and the connection between the U.S. housing market and global capital markets. His extensive experience at Ginnie Mae and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development makes his voice especially relevant as North Texas considers how we finance, develop and expand access to attainable housing.

Through ULI’s Center for Leadership, mTAP teams work alongside selected community partners to explore real-world land use and real estate challenges and develop thoughtful, actionable recommendations.

Whether your project involves a neighborhood, district, building, redevelopment opportunity, or another clearly defined area, this is an opportunity to tap into the knowledge and diverse expertise of ULI members while creating meaningful impact in the North Texas community.
