If you live in the area, you probably know all about the annual Bigfoot festival at Dallas City Park. But did you know it was officially renamed from "Bigfoot BBQ and Brews" to BigFootstock? Talk about a major rhythm change! While the town prepares to dance with Bigfoot on September 26th, it got us thinking about a different kind of legendary footwork. In dance training, mastering your steps isn't about guessing in the dark or hunting for folklore—it takes science, structure, and experimentation. At Lora Michele Dance Studio, our highly qualified instructor breaks down complex technique into safe, manageable steps. No myths, just measurable improvement!

FREE UNFAMILIAR FRIENDS CONCERT!

Slip Kid Presents welcomes Unfamiliar Friends* to the Dallas Event Center for a night of live music. Built through friendship, collaboration, and a shared passion for performing, Unfamiliar Friends brings their creativity and energy to the stage. Come out, discover new music, and support local artists.

The first 20 people through the door will receive $20 as our thank-you for supporting live local music!

*plays a mix of originals, folk-rock, indie rock, and classic/modern rock covers (ranging from AC/DC to Fleetwood Mac).

Windward Events Presents! Step through the looking glass into a night full of darkness and whimsy. Follow the map through Wonderland as you visit the Mad Hatter's High Table for appetizers and desserts, take a turn about the Dance Floor, stroll through Tulgey Wood for pictures, or stop by Absalom's Mushroom bar for a Mocktail(Mocktail tokens sold separately at the front desk). Introducing the B² Dance Team!

We are SO excited to officially introduce the B² Dance Team, in partnership with Lora Michele Dance Studio!

Over the next 16 weeks, our amazing dancers will be learning, practicing, and putting in the work as they prepare for their big debut at the Lora Michele Dance Studio Showcase this December!

And what will they be performing? A FOXTROT!

From learning the steps to building confidence, teamwork, and having a whole lot of fun along the way, we can't wait to watch this team grow and shine!

We were so hopeful the forecast would cooperate, but with conditions changing, we want to make sure we’re putting the safety of our vendors, shoppers, and community first. 🤍
