This weekend we’re giving our Head Coach, Henry, the send-off he deserves.
Henry has been a huge part of the NinjaFIT family, pouring into athletes, pushing them to believe in themselves, and proving that the lessons learned on obstacles go far beyond the gym.
Now it’s his turn to tackle a new challenge as he heads to firefighter school.
So we’re doing what we do best…

After four incredible years, it’s time for our family to pass the torch.
On April 23, 2022, we opened the doors to NinjaFIT with one simple goal: to build more than a gym. We wanted a place where kids could discover confidence, adults could chase impossible goals, families could spend time together, and complete strangers could become lifelong friends.
What started as an empty, abandoned grocery store became a second home for so many.
To every athlete, parent, coach, volunteer, and family who walked through our doors—thank you. You didn’t just support a business; you built a community. NinjaFIT became so much more than four walls and a bunch of obstacles because of you.
When the opportunity came to sell NinjaFIT, we knew finding the right family mattered far more than simply finding a buyer. We wanted someone who loved this sport, believed in this community, and would continue building on the foundation we all created together.
That’s why we’re so excited to introduce David and Ashley Kiser.
David and Ashley aren’t just business owners—they’re ninjas. Both compete in the Masters Division and are deeply connected within the ninja community, building relationships with gyms across the country while staying on the leading edge of where the sport is headed.
Their daughter, Elliot, is an 9 yo Tier 2 athlete, and if you’ve spent time at NinjaFIT, you’ve probably met her. She’s the sweetest little girl with the biggest smile and has a way of making everyone feel welcome the moment they walk through the door. She represents exactly what we’ve always hoped NinjaFIT would be.
The Kiser family has a long future in this sport. They’re passionate about its growth, committed to this community, and dedicated to preserving the culture that has made NinjaFIT so special.
They’re not just buying a gym—they’re becoming stewards of a community that means the world to all of us.
While this chapter is closing for our family, we know the story of NinjaFIT is far from over.
