The work was always leading here.
Over the years, I’ve watched people walk into this space carrying so much more than they realized.
Stress in the body.
Pressure in the breath.
Tension in the jaw.
A nervous system that had become used to staying on.
And what I kept seeing was this:
Most people were not lacking effort.
They were not failing at self-care.
They were not doing it wrong.
Their bodies simply needed a deeper level of support.
That is why this evolution matters.
Because true restoration is not about asking people to try harder.
It is about creating the conditions where the body can finally stop bracing.
That is the work I am moving into more fully now.
And I am grateful to have you here for it.
