Led by Caroline Besley, this myofascial release workshop is for every body. Whether you're dealing with chronic tension, sore muscles, post-workout tightness, or just the kind of stress that lives in your shoulders and never really leaves.
Using balls of various sizes and other tools, we'll work through a guided self-massage practice designed to:
β Release deep tissue tension
β Increase mobility and range of motion
β Address those "issues in the tissues" that stretching alone doesn't touch
All tools are provided, but feel free to bring your own.
This is slow, intentional, and incredibly effective. Come decompress, de-stress, and give your body the reset it's been asking for.
