6 AM hits different when you’re surrounded by people who choose to show up for themselves. 🌅✨

Watching this little early-morning crew grow week after week has been SO cool. There’s something powerful about rolling out your mat while the rest of the world is still waking up, moving, breathing, and starting the day with intention.

And this morning, we even got a little rainbow after class. 🌈 I’d say that’s a pretty beautiful way to start the day.

So proud of my 6 AM crew. You keep showing up, and it shows. 🧘‍♀️🤍
