What’s the “right” age to start gymnastics? 🤸🏻

It’s one of the most common questions parents have…and the answer might be simpler than you think: there isn’t one perfect age to start.

Toddlers can begin with Parent & Tot classes focused on movement and coordination. Preschoolers can start building confidence and independence. And older kids can jump into gymnastics, tumbling, or Ninja classes…even if they’ve never stepped foot in a gym before.

The key is finding the right program for your child’s age, interests, and current skill level.
