From our tiny but mighty Level 2s, to our powerful Level 3s, fearless Level 4s, and incredible Xcel athletes — we are SO proud of every one of these girls.

They work hard.

They cheer for each other.

🌟 STUDENT SPOTLIGHT: LAUREN CHO 🌟

THEN ➡️ NOW 💫

Lauren began her journey with American Flips in 2023, and what an incredible journey it has been!

In just two years, her hard work, determination, and love for gymnastics have taken her from Pre school recreational classes ➡️ to the USAG Level 2 Competitive Team ➡️ and now to competing at Level 3! 🏆

Every fall, every “one more time,” and every extra bit of effort has helped bring her to this moment. Lauren is proof that small steps, repeated with determination, can lead to BIG accomplishments.

We are SO proud of how far you’ve come, Lauren, and we can’t wait to see where this journey takes you next!

We are also incredibly proud to have you at American Flips. Thank you for trusting us to help you stretch your limits and reach new heights!

☀️🌊 Competitive Team Beach Camp 2026 🤸‍♀️💙

A few highlights from an unforgettable day with our compulsory team! Our Level 2, 3, and 4 gymnasts traded the gym for the beach for a day filled with conditioning, fun challenges, special games, prizes, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

From beach workouts and team-building activities to splashing in the ocean with siblings and friends , sharing great food, and enjoying time with our amazing team families, it was a day all about friendship, encouragement, and celebrating each other.

🏆 Special Recognitions:

🏃‍♀️ Parachute Running Champion: Kassandra Dabu

The best part? Every child went home a winner. Every gymnast received a prize because every athlete is special, every child is valued, and every child deserves to be celebrated.

Most of all, our greatest achievement isn’t the medals or trophies—it’s having each and every one of you as part of our American Flips family.

A huge thank you to all of our incredible team parents for making this day possible. Your support, generosity, and commitment helped create memories these girls will cherish for years to come. Here’s to an amazing season ahead! 💙❤️🤍
