Being right about someone’s sin does not excuse becoming unlike Christ in your response.

Before you correct, remember the grace that met you in your own sin.

Let that grace govern your posture: examine yourself, speak truth in love, and seek their restoration.

You may be owed an apology. You may never receive one.

Their refusal may prevent reconciliation—but it does not have to govern your freedom.

The mind of Christ tells the truth in love, but entrusts judgment to God.

Restoration does not abandon justice. It refuses to let vengeance determine what faithfulness requires next.

God has given you one life…

People to love, responsibilities to carry, gifts to steward, work to do, and worship to offer.

Your fitness does not establish your worth, identity, or righteousness. But it does shape your capacity to participate faithfully and fully in the life God has given you.

Because of this, your training must become a tool that equips you for service.

For some, that means pursuing excellence as an offering to Christ without allowing performance to govern life or define identity.

For others, it means rebuilding the health that has repeatedly been pushed aside in the name of serving everyone and everything else.

My coaching exists to guide that pursuit—whatever it may be—and help you build the capacity to participate faithfully and fully in the life before you.

What would your life look like properly ordered?

Send me a DM to start the conversation.

MORE ISN’T ALWAYS BETTER. SOMETIMES IT’S JUST MORE.

I’ll shout it from the rooftops, and then when people get mad, I’ll just yell louder.

The goal isn’t to prove how much training you can survive.

It’s to apply the dose you can recover from, adapt to, and build upon.

Yes you should pursue intensity, and when you do it appropriately, you EARN THE RIGHT for more!

Sometimes that means doing less in the short term—with far more intention

Remember, You don’t get fit when you workout…

You get fit when you recover from working out.

PERFORMANCE IS A GOOD THING. BUT IT MAKES A TERRIBLE IDENTITY.

The desire to improve, compete, and discover what you’re capable of can be healthy.

It becomes dangerous when performance starts telling you who you are—and demands that you compromise your boundaries, health, and priorities to protect that identity.

At that point, you may no longer be pursuing the life you actually want. You’re serving an ideal you’re afraid to disappoint.

Train hard and pursue excellence.

Just make sure performance remains in service to your life—not the master of it.

If this feels familiar, send me a message. There is a healthier way forward.

SHE WAS TOLD SHE MAY NEVER RUN OR LIFT AGAIN.

For Autumn, pain was impacting her training, but more importantly, it was limiting her ability to hold her newborn, hug her five-year-old, and be present with her family.

The goal is never simply to reduce pain. It’s to build capacity for presence in the areas of life that matter most.

I’m no magician.

Just a coach who cares.

Proud of you Autumn 🤜🏻🤜🏻🤜🏻
