Second tournament of the season, and these girls took home a hard earned 🏆 1st place🏆

RECAP: They battled through bracket play, winning their first 2 games before falling 1-0 in the third and getting sent to the loser’s bracket.
They fought their way right back to the Championship for a rematch against the same team that handed them their only loss.

The championship went into ITB, and these girls stayed locked in, secured the outs, pushed the runs across, and won it all!!

And let’s talk about the defense/pitching!! ONLY 7 RUNS ALLOWED THROUGH 5 BRACKET GAMES! WAY TO GO, GIRLS!! 👏🏼👏🏼

A big appreciation post for this one! Ainsley McGriff was an absolute beast behind the plate this weekend!

She caught 14 innings on Sunday alone and never complained, never gave up, and kept working even when the exhaustion set in. She made multiple outs behind the plate, stayed locked in, and did exactly what we count on her to do — and she does it so well!

Also, she didn’t stop there! Ainsley also showed up at the plate, recording multiple extra-base hits throughout the weekend! 🔥

Catching isn’t an easy job, and this girl showed some serious toughness, grit, and heart. Way to work, Ainsley! #61 ❤️🖤🥎

These girls SHOWED UP this weekend! Playing in this Texas heat was no joke 🥵, but they never backed down and never gave up! They won their first bracket game Saturday, then came back Sunday ready to WORK—winning THREE more games and battling their way to the CHAMPIONSHIP! 💪🏼

They had a rough championship game, but walked away with an incredible 2nd place finish out of 20 teams!

But what made us the most proud wasn’t just the wins—it was the way these girls played for EACH OTHER. The encouragement, communication, teamwork, and fight they showed all weekend spoke volumes. ❤️🖤

We are beyond proud of this team and the way they came together on the field.

And the best part? This is only the beginning. ❤️🖤❤️
