The Road to HYROX Dallas starts August 25! 🏁

We are officially launching our 12 week HYROX prep program right here at F45 Cy-Fair West and we want YOU on that starting line in November.

This program is built specifically by F45 and HYROX together for you! Each week you get dedicated HYROX prep classes plus TWO open gym sessions every Friday and Sunday to put in the extra work. Certified coaches, race-specific programming, run clubs, InBody scans, and nutrition support — it’s everything you need to show up ready.
