This fast track, get-it-done-in-one-day class includes everything from our month-long Level 1 course in 4 hours: fundamentally correct frame, hand connections and settling along with basic moves, steps and cues. This course works best for people who can retain information well and are short on time. It’s a fun way to learn and we’ve had great results with this format.
