Liam has been part of CS&F for one year, and we’re so proud of the hard work and determination he brings to every class. He loves the challenge of learning new movements, pushing himself to get stronger, and of course, crushing box jumps! 💪

These four ladies are already familiar faces around the gym, and now they’ll be stepping into coaching roles as substitute coaches and FLEX coaches. Whether you’re in an early morning class, evening workout, or FLEX session, you’ll likely see them leading the way from time to time.

Meet Shannon & Ken! 👋 our June Athletes of the Month!
Since joining CS&F in April 2024, they’ve become a valued part of our community. Married for 12 years and parents to Amelia and Jacob, they’re proof that consistency pays off. From 5 a.m. workouts to judging the Thanksgiving Throwdown, they’ve embraced the process, built confidence, and achieved their goals along the way.

CS&F Youth Performance Program is back for summer! 💪
Classes run Monday–Thursday, 10:30–11:30 AM from June 1–July 31 for kids ages 6–14.
We’ll build strength, coordination, and confidence in a fun, encouraging environment—perfect for young athletes or kids just looking to stay active.
