Dropping off a load from a junk removal job.

Cleaning out the gutters and the roof.

Knocking out a punchlist. In Cu***ng.

Customer recently had their roof replaced because of a bad leak. Before touching it, I sprayed it w mold armor then tore it out and sprayed the rafters and affected areas again.
Replaced w mold resistant green board. Mud/sand/primed w a seamless finish! 👌🏼
Today in Suwanee.

Removing a threshold to repair the wood rot underneath it. Both corners rotted through. Added 2-2x6 braces in from the basement. And replaced the rotted areas. Sealed everything and installed new threshold and kick plate. Today in Gainesville.

Filling in the expansion joint in front of the garage. Applied non sag concrete sealant to the edges. Installed expansion joint foam inserts, fixed chips in concrete w mortar repair sealant. Then filled w self leveling concrete sealant. Repaired both garages. Today in Cu***ng.

Finishing up on the garage. Cleaned and repainting the hardware. Sprayed the doors w/ Mold Armor, scrubbed clean, rinsed and repainted. 👌🏼
