🏁 Feature Update 🏁

Grayson put the No. 33 in victory lane in the heat race and earned what should have been the pole for tonight’s feature.

But in a surprise twist, race officials at Anderson Motor Speedway called for an invert at the drivers meeting. Grayson rolled the dice himself… and it came up 4, meaning the top 4 were inverted.

So instead of P1, the No. 33 will roll off P4.

No excuses. The car is fast, the driver is ready, and we’re coming for the front. Time to go win this thing. 🔥🏁

Grayson started P9 and charged through the field to take the lead and win the heat race!

Race Recap | 6/6/26 | Anderson Motor Speedway

It was a hot summer night at Anderson Motor Speedway, and the challenges started early. During practice, a hood pin broke, causing the hood to come loose and fly off the car. The team worked quickly to patch everything back together and get Grayson ready for the heat race.

Starting P4 in the heat, Grayson battled for the lead and brought home a strong P2 finish.

After the 97 lap Late Model feature, the Legends were the final race of the night. Grayson started the feature from P4 and fought a loose race car throughout the event. Despite the handling challenges, he raced hard and crossed the line in P2.

That’s three consecutive P2 finishes, and each week we’re getting a little closer to the top step. Grayson also picked up another INEX Young Lions victory and moved into 2nd place in the Anderson Motor Speedway championship standings.

Another strong night at Anderson Motor Speedway.

Grayson started the heat race from P2 and drove to the win, putting him on the pole for the feature. He led the opening laps before the car started getting a little loose and slipped back to P4 in a race filled with cautions.

With the race exceeding the time limit, officials called for a green white one lap shootout to settle it. Grayson lined up P3 for the restart and charged his way to a P2 overall finish, along with another INEX Young Lions win.

Unfortunately, after the checkered flag, the driver behind him didn’t realize the race was over and drove over the back of Grayson’s car entering turn 1. The car has some damage, but the team will get it repaired and be ready to go again next week.

Overall, a great night with plenty of speed and another trip to victory lane for Young Lions.
