I’m obsessed with quality equipment. While building SixPax, I’ve made many mistakes buying equipment, but I’ve also learned what truly delivers results.

The Reverse Hyperextension is one of those machines.

After suffering a serious back injury, the legendary Louie Simmons invented this machine to help rehabilitate himself. I’ve always wanted one, but I didn’t want just any version I wanted the original Westside Barbell Reverse Hyper.

I finally found one.

Rest in peace, Louie Simmons. Your invention will continue helping people become stronger for generations 💪

Huge shoutout to LAX Aquarium for the amazing event. I had a great time—what an experience. So many people walking around with big smiles. The photo booth was incredible and gave me some great ideas for the SuperShow.
I highly recommend visiting the aquarium, especially if you have kids—it’s an unforgettable experience.
