Team Update: Schedule & Preseason

Hope everyone had a great summer!

Open Mats – Final 2 Weeks
This is your last chance to catch open mats before the season structure kicks in. Come out Tuesday and Thursday, 5:30–7:00 PM .

Preseason Officially Begins – August 25th
Same days and times (Tue/Thu, 5:30–7:00 PM), but we're shifting into structured practice. Here's what to expect:

Rules review – making sure everyone's up to speed

Fundamentals & technique – building (or rebuilding) a strong foundation of core moves

Strength & endurance training

New games – fun, competitive drills I'm excited to bring into our routine

Why Preseason Matters
This is where we set the tone for the entire year. Coming off the season we just had, preseason is our chance to build the culture that makes this team special.

This is the time for returners to review how we do things here at Warriors.
And for new athletes and families to meet everyone and be able to jump right in when season begins..

Nobody sees this part of the process — but everybody sees the results of it.

We’re excited for this season and even more excited to see everyone back in the room again.

Today we celebrate two incredible milestones for KT Postelle!!

Congratulations to KT on becoming the very first recipient of the Warrior Spirit Scholarship as she prepares to begin her next chapter at McDaniel College this fall. KT’s work ethic, dedication, and willingness to embrace new challenges have made a lasting impact on our program, and we cannot wait to see what she accomplishes next.

And as if that wasn’t enough, please join us in wishing KT a very Happy 18th Birthday! 🎉

We are so proud of you, KT. Keep finding a way and chasing your goals. Your Warrior family is cheering you on every step of the journey! ❤️🖤💛
