Crossfit is a functional fitness program that delivers results through high intensity, constantly varied workouts that encompass Olympic weightlifting, body weight gymnastic movements, and metabolic conditioning. CrossFit is for everyone, regardless of age, sex, or level of fitness. Our Coaches teach you every movement needed for that day and are well versed in ensuring you get the most out of every workout and will scale or substitute movements to fit your level of fitness. Our Box offers Group Classes, Personal Training, and Specialty Courses and Open Gym hours to ensure you get the most out of your experience with CrossFit Crystal Lake! We also have a kids area and free wifi to keep them entertained while you work out.

Our teens competed at Liftapalooza, August 1, 2026 in Lindenhurst, IL. After months of training hard they came out with some amazing medals and for the 2nd year in a row they were awarded Best Female Team!!

We are so proud of all the teens and the lifts they hit!! Lila and Cruz qualified for Nationals!!
