Sometimes the best way to know how someone feels about you is to see yourself through their eyes.

Today, we’re celebrating our Managing Broker, Karen Lembo Conley Sabella, and sharing this video because it gives us a little glimpse into something we don’t always get to see: Karen seeing us through her eyes.

This was recorded while we were celebrating her marriage to John, and hearing her talk about our office and the people in it is pretty special. The way she speaks about us here is the same way she speaks to us every day. The encouragement, the appreciation, the genuine love for the people around her. None of it goes unnoticed.

Karen pours her heart into everything she does. She leads with experience, but even more so, she leads with heart. She makes people feel valued, supported and like they truly matter.

And what a gift it is to see ourselves the way Karen sees us.

Happy Birthday, Karen. We hope today you feel even a little of the love and appreciation you give so freely to all of us. You spend so much time reminding us how much we mean to you. Today, we hope you know just how much you mean to us.

We love you, Karen. Happy Birthday! ❤️
