As many of you know, my family started the Break with a group of sophomores in high school largely due to what my family was going through with substance use. The music room has always been a cornerstone for members and the loss of our Paul in 2019 solidified that we needed to do better and be creative for our kids. Please take the time to read the note and call to action from Paul's brother, Rob, a founding member of the Break. Paul's Memorial Fund is used to raise funds for musicians and support Soundwaves and Harm Reduction Agencies. Please take the time to read Rob's note in this blog below. It is a powerful message. Take it a step further and come out on September 19 for a great night of music and celebration of a man who was lost to us way too soon.
