POV: it’s your first class at EleVate! What to expect? ⬇️
From the second you walk into EleVate, we want you to feel welcomed, comfortable + excited to be here. You’ll be greeted by one of our instructors who will:
đź’— Give you a quick tour of the studio
đź’— Show you where to put your things
💗 Let you know exactly what equipment you’ll need
💗 Help add a support bar to your trampoline if you’d like a little extra balance
Every class starts with our basic bounce so you can feel out the trampoline, find your balance + get comfortable before we get moving.
Once class starts, there’s nothing complicated—you simply follow along with your instructor, go at YOUR pace and enjoy a really good playlist.
No trampoline experience. No need to know the moves. No pressure to be perfect.
Just walk through the door + we’ll help you with the rest. 💕
