Hi! My name is Michael, and I’d like to share a little about myself 😊
I was born and raised in Rockville, Connecticut, and graduated from Rockville High School, where I competed as both a pitcher on the baseball team and a quarterback on the football team. In recognition of my athletic accomplishments, I was inducted into the Rockville High School Hall of Fame as part of the Class of 2025.
My passion for baseball continued at Eastern Connecticut State University, where I had the opportunity to play at the collegiate level. Through my experiences as an athlete, I developed a deep appreciation for training, discipline, and performance development. That passion ultimately led me to pursue what I truly love—helping athletes reach their full potential—and inspired me to start my own business, Arico Sport Performance Training LLC.
Today, I’m dedicated to helping athletes of all ages improve their strength, speed, confidence, and overall performance both on and off the field. 🏆🏈⚾️
