We had a visitor from Jackson County BJJ at open mat tonight! I spent a lot of time with Matt and Christine KOA Team and they are the absolute best people to have in your corner. I had such a positive training experience for 8 years with everyone in Stafford and love seeing more of us with academies continuing to spread our love for the art.
