We are hosting our very first Trunk or Treat! Thursday, October 30 in our Temple Fitness Parking Lot!

What we’re looking for….

WANT TO PARTICIPATE AS A BUSINESS?
For a small donation of $20 per spot and all proceeds going directly to our Bully BFF program!

🚗 Local Businesses, organizations & local vendors are invited to decorate a vehicle, set up a table, pass out candy, treats, goodies, coupons, or promotional items — whatever helps you get your name out there!

What you’ll need:
Bring your:
• 🚗 Decorated vehicle
• 🎪 Table or tent setup
• 🍭 Candy or goodies
• 📣 Business cards / flyers
• 🎁 Promotional items
• 🎃 Best Halloween spirit!

Over the weekend our general manager Nikki along with our tumbling director Arielle went to the Best in View gala as Flip and Fun Gymnastics WON 1st place 🥇

We are all so beyond grateful to our community and everyone who voted for us to take the “W” home for the gym.

Our entire team of coaches and Nikki work tirelessly ensuring we continue to bring the best that we have to offer to our students and to the community.

This recognition is an honor truly and we could not of done it without ALL of you supporting us the whole way!!

A fellow local business owner has tragically lost their son. We are sending out so much love during this time and amazed by the perseverance and heart that drives this woman as she pushes forward with her business in honor of her son. I never imagined I would be writing a post like this, or that coming back to Caffeine & Chaos would feel this hard.

Today is my first day back after losing my 17-year-old son, Grayson.

If you knew Grayson, you probably know he had his favorites — and at the shop, his was a Bourbon Caramel Latte. 🤎

So today, that's the drink I'm featuring.

I'm not sure what returning to “normal” looks like right now. I'm just taking it one day at a time and doing the best I can.
