Discipline breeds discipline.

If you can discipline yourself in your health goals, suddenly it becomes easier to discipline yourself in your spiritual life, in your family life, and in your career.

Do the hard thing. Push thru the resistance and the lies that your mind feeds you. Fight the excuses.

If you don’t know how, find a friend, a mentor or a coach who you look up to and ask them to show you. Start with one small challenge and let it overflow to the other areas of your life.

Working out to get the results you want is simple, but the internet loves to over complicate it.

Training is for shaping, eating is for body size.
Wanna be bigger? Eat more. Wanna be smaller? Eat less.

Train hard enough to change shape.
Eat enough of the RIGHT stuff to grow muscle, or eat enough of the RIGHT stuff to burn fat.
AND recover.

Boom 💥 it’s not EASY. But it is SIMPLE.

They want you to think there’s a problem so they can sell you the solution.

Your challenge for today, like every day, is to wrestle with yourself to become better than you were yesterday.

If you feel like you haven’t made any progress, look at the you from 3 months ago. 6 months ago. 1 year ago. I bet you’re a different person.

Keep moving forward!
