Stacie Venagro Fitness

Stacie Venagro Fitness Stacie Venagro Fitness is a one-of-a kind fitness gym that is geared towards functional training. Stacie has a background like no other.

She is able to bring a wide variety of experience to the table from her knowledge of gymnastics, cross country, basketball, dance and weight training. She has been involved in gymnastics and dance for the last 25 years and has a strong passion for them both.

She has turned that passion towards physical fitness, which is closely related. She first decided to learn about personal training at the age of 18 because she wanted to change her fate. Not only does obesity run in her family but she saw herself slowly realizing that outcome. Stacie made this change because she was afraid to let her health deteriorate at such a young age. She improved her overall health and then started assisting others with her methods. She started with family members and they saw amazing results! She continues to better herself physically as well as her family and current clients. Due to her addiction of watching bodies transform she became an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer in November of 2011. She is also CPR/AED certified.

As a trainer, she takes pride in helping individuals reach their goals. No goal is too big or too small. From gaining confidence to losing weight, she can help you with it all!

💪 Gym Tip: Progressive Overload

If your workouts never change, neither will your results.
Your body adapts to challenges. That's why continuing to lift the same weight for the same number of reps week after week can slow your progress.
To keep building strength, endurance, and muscle, focus on progressive overload by gradually increasing:
✅ Weight
✅ Reps
✅ Sets
✅ Intensity
✅ Time Under Tension

Remember, progress doesn't have to be dramatic. Small improvements over time lead to big results. Challenge yourself. Track your progress. Keep moving forward 🔥
We're here to help you push past plateaus and achieve your goals, one workout at a time 💪🏋️‍♂️🔥

A sweaty, glistening MESS… and I LOVE IT. 😂💦🔥

There’s just something different about training when you’re training FOR something. Having a goal gives every workout a purpose. It pushes me on the days I’m tired, challenges me to get stronger, and reminds me why I love fitness so much.

I’ve always been someone who thrives when I have something to work toward. Give me a goal, and I’m ALL IN. 💪

Right now, I’m embracing the sweat, the hard days, the sore muscles, and the process of seeing what my body can do next.

Because for me, it’s never just about how you look.

It’s about getting stronger. Getting better. And proving to yourself that you can still do hard things.

Sweaty. Glistening. Happy. 😂💦

I LOVE TRAINING FOR SOMETHING! 🔥

The night before: :
Starting tomorrow, I'm becoming the best version of myself 💪

Me after warming up:
"Maybe next week... 😅"

We've all been there. The key is showing up, even when the workout feels tough.

HYROX training has been officially underway for a few weeks now! 🔥💪

I’ve spent my life setting fitness goals, pushing myself outside my comfort zone, and reminding my clients that there is ALWAYS another level to work toward… so now it’s my turn again!

I’m training for HYROX, and let me tell you—this is a whole different kind of challenge. 😅 Strength, endurance, power, conditioning, and a whole lot of mental toughness.

This video is just a little glimpse into the work happening behind the scenes. Some days feel strong, some days humble me 😂, but every workout gets me one step closer.

At this stage of my fitness journey, I’m not training to prove anything to anyone. I’m training because I LOVE having a goal. I love seeing what my body is capable of, and I love showing that you are NEVER too old to challenge yourself or try something new.

HYROX… I’m coming for you. 🏃‍♀️💪🔥

Consistency over perfection. One workout at a time.

Seated Cable Rows: Build a Stronger Back 💪

The seated cable row is a great exercise for strengthening your upper and mid-back while improving posture. By pulling the handle toward your torso and squeezing your shoulder blades together, you target the lats, rhomboids, and traps, helping create a stronger, more stable upper body.

✅ Strengthens the back
✅ Improves posture
✅ Supports better pulling performance

Remember: Keep your chest up, core engaged, and avoid using momentum for the best results.
