🍿 CYSA Popcorn Fundraiser Update 🍿

Popcorn will be distributed the week of October 12th.

Unfortunately, we had several orders turned in after the original deadline, which delayed us being able to submit the full order. Because of this, popcorn distribution has been pushed back to the week of October 12th.

We apologize for the delay and appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding! Thank you for supporting CYSA! 🏴‍☠️💛🖤

🏴‍☠️ PIRATE FAMILIES — WE NEED VOLUNTEERS TODAY! 🏴‍☠️

We are still short on volunteers for today’s home game.

When you registered for the season, you agreed to volunteer for a home game. CYSA is a volunteer-run organization, and without volunteers, we cannot run our home games.

If you have not volunteered yet, please step up and help today. We need ALL of our Pirate families to do their part! 🖤💛

🚨 PARENTS, WE STILL NEED YOUR HELP! 🚨

Game day doesn’t happen without our amazing CYSA families! 🏈📣 We still have LOTS of volunteer spots that need to be filled for our HOME games.

Each parent is required to volunteer once per child in the organization.

We need volunteers for:
🏟️ Home & Visitor Gates
🌭 Concessions
📣 Shout Out Table
🥤 Drink Station
🚪 Gate Monitor

Be sure to include your child’s name and team when signing up so your volunteer time is credited correctly.

🚨 IMPORTANT PRACTICE REMINDER — PLEASE READ 🚨

CYSA families, we need everyone’s help with keeping our practice areas clean.

PLEASE PICK UP ALL TRASH BEFORE LEAVING PRACTICE. 🗑️

These facilities are not our property, and we have a responsibility to respect the church that allows our Pirates to practice. We expect everyone to leave the area better than we found it.

Coaches, players, cheerleaders, and families — please take a few minutes before leaving to check your area and pick up ALL trash, bottles, cups, and other belongings.

This is a simple expectation that everyone needs to follow. Please do your part to represent CYSA with pride and respect. 💛🖤🏴‍☠️

Thank you for your cooperation.
