WHAT IF FITNESS DIDN’T HAVE TO FEEL SO HARD?

Not everyone enjoys burpees.

Not everyone wants to jump, run, or leave feeling completely exhausted.

And not everyone can.

That’s okay!

Our new Low Impact Fitness 2-Week Trial is designed for those who want the benefits of exercise in a way that feels more approachable, sustainable, and joint-friendly.

Using assistance bands, resistance bands, light weights, chairs, and other low-impact equipment, you’ll work on strength, balance, mobility, endurance, and overall fitness—all without the high-impact movements found in many traditional workouts.

This class is for you if:
✔️ High-impact exercise isn’t an option because of your knees, hips, back, or other joint concerns.
✔️ You’re recovering from an injury or returning to exercise.
✔️ You’re an older adult who wants to stay active, strong, and independent.
✔️ You simply prefer a lower-impact workout that is still challenging and effective.

And don’t let the words “low impact” fool you. This style of training can still produce incredible results—including increased strength, improved endurance, better balance, enhanced mobility, weight loss, and greater confidence.

There is no denying that hard work and lifestyle changes brings amazing results! Sonya had gotten to the point where she knew she had to dig deep and make a change! This before/after picture is 14 months apart! This is what she had to say about this journey…

“When I started the gym I was in a very hard storm of life with my son. I don’t drink, so I turned to cake for comfort. I realized that pattern wasn’t good for me, so I started going to the gym. I ate lots of cake and did lots of gym trying to keep from getting heavier. Over time as I climbed out of the pit I was in, I learned to look to God for comfort and ate much less cake 🙌🏼
Now I have weekly treats instead of daily, and I love going to the gym. It’s been great for my mental health. Once I got a hold on my unhealthy eating, I’ve gotten lighter in weight and feel so much better!! It’s been 2 years of consistently going to the gym and choosing way more healthy eating days than splurge days. I’m thankful and I wish I would have done it sooner. Thank you Kellye!!!”

Coming Thursday, July 10th: The “I Was You” Series!

Have you ever convinced yourself that you weren’t ready…when deep down, you were really just scared?

Scared of failing.
Scared of being judged.
Scared of walking into a room where you felt like everyone else had it all figured out.

The truth is, fear has talked a lot of us out of things that could have changed our lives.

I’ve had the privilege of watching hundreds of people walk through the doors at KPF, and almost every one of them had those same thoughts before they ever came.

They didn’t start with confidence.

They started with courage.

Beginning Thursday, July 10, we’re sharing a series called “I Was You.”

These are real stories from real members who remember exactly what it felt like to take that first step. No scripts. No perfect words. Just honest stories from people who once wondered if they belonged.

My hope is that somewhere in these stories, you’ll recognize a little bit of yourself.

Because sometimes all it takes is knowing someone else has been where you are… to believe you can take that first step too.
