City Pond Park

ball field provides children with an activity in the fall. Young children can also enjoy the park's amenities. A small playground has been built to entertain them. The four lighted tennis courts give tennis enthusiasts the option of playing around their schedules, whether it is day or night. A large pond encompasses much of the park's land and makes a beautiful backdrop and a perfect picnic area. If it starts to rain, the picnic can always be moved under the pavilion, near the football field. The pavilion is also available to rent. When not reserved, the pavilion is available on a first come first served basis. A large two mile trail circles the pond and offers walkers and runners an excellent place to exercise. The lower end of the park by the pond is an open area that is perfect for playing catch or throwing Frisbees. State-of-the art, well maintained facility with:
- Six lighted baseball fields (suitable for 5 through 14 year olds)
- One lighted football field
- Four lighted tennis courts
- One picnic pavilion
- Three story concession with a meeting room
- Restrooms
- Umpire dressing facilities/Scorekeeper building (ADA accessible)
- Five batting cages (all mounted on cement pads)
