22 yrs of friendship with the Westside Barbell King

I remember the days when we was Burnin up, sweating in GA heat ☀️for summer weight training🏋️‍♂️ in preparation for football season🏈, to running cat walks🏃‍♂️‍➡️ and freezing cold❄️early morning bus rides to Wrestling tournaments🤼‍♂️.

We did it all dawg and we still grindin and thriving.
I wouldn’t have it any other way 💪🖤💪

since the week after he was born has been .fitness.tumbling and to watch him be excited to train- workout, tumble, stretch has been no short of amazing!

We started a Monday 530p class level 2&3 class to help our kids working on backhandsprings and tucks!
Three weeks into the class landed her tuck by herself not once, but 8 times!!!!
Yes we will work on cleaning her form, but SHE DID IT !!!!!!!
The day before Highschool cheer tryouts!!! 🙌🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️👏👏💪

Coach super proud of you kid !!
