Meet Heather Botsford, an incredible woman who began her martial arts journey in her forties at Covington Karate Studio. Inspired by her son, Heather started training in Kenpo Karate and quickly fell in love with the discipline. In 2022, she earned her black belt, gaining confidence, resilience, and a supportive community. Heather is passionate about empowering other women through self-defense, believing that martial arts can transform lives.
