We may be willing to work with different rules within reason to run, but not having a fire jacket is non negotiable!!

This has been a rule of Domination Motorsports for a couple years now, but one last reminder for the year doesn't hurt!

The Pumpkin Smash Clean Up Derby
Today at Westfair Fairgrounds and Amphitheater

Inspections: 1:00–4:00 PM
DRIVERS — be there by 3:00 PM!

Showtime: 5:00 PM

⚠️ PIT AREA:
Trucks with trailers ONLY in the pits. Please respect this! We have had a lot of rain, the grounds will be softer and pit space may be limited. All events are one and done, so no extra “support” vehicles are needed. With that being said, those who are pulling into the pits today, please be respectful of the grounds, let’s do our part to take care of their facility!

If you need anything or are going to be running late, please call Candice at 712-369-3778.

A HUGE thank you to The Westfair Association for hosting and allowing us to have this event today. We appreciate everything they’ve done to help make this happen!!

The weather for tomorrow is looking GREAT, who is ready to smash some cars!?!?

First, a shoutout to Mother Nature for FINALLY giving us some much needed sunshine yesterday and today! But an even BIGGER shoutout goes to some of the Westfair board members who have put in work to get the track and grounds ready for us.

After all the rain we’ve had over the last week, there was at one point around 10 inches of standing water on the track and in the pit area. I was out there last night, and they were working hard to get the water off and get things into shape so we can DERBY tomorrow!

There is still a chance of a thunderstorm overnight tonight, so the grounds will be soft tomorrow. PLEASE be considerate of the facility and respectful of the grounds. Westfair is gonna work hard to make sure we’re able to get this show in, and we want to leave the facility in the best shape possible.

My mistake!!! I had a typo on the plate allowances in the most recent posts for Pumpkin Smash.
That’s what I get for not proofreading everything 10 times!

I accidentally had the Street Stock Weld and Full Size Hobo plate allowances switched around.

With that being said, since it was my mistake, we will honor the heavier plate allowance for both classes.

The graphic below shows what we will be allowing this weekend in all classes.

Sorry for the mix-up and confusion! Thanks to the drivers who were honest and respectfully brought it to our attention!

STREET STOCK WELD
Pre-Ran: 16 plates
Fresh: 10 plates
Restubbing? Call Kenny FIRST!

FULL SIZE HOBO
Pre-Ran: 14 plates
Fresh: 8 plates
Duo Driver Allowed (each driver pays driver entry)

FWD HOBO
Pre-Ran: 14 plates
Fresh: 8 plates
Passengers Allowed (must be 21 years and older)
-Passenger doors must also be plated like the driver's door- use the driver doors rule!!!!!-

JUNKYARD DOGS — MWFA STYLE
Pre-Ran: 4 plates
Fresh: 2 plates
4"x4"x1/4" flat tube front bumper allowed.
Do NOT shorten the frame.
Bumper cannot pass outside of the tires.

POWER WHEELS — AGES 3–9

‼️ OTHER RULES ALLOWED IN, WITHIN REASON! ‼️
Cars built to other promoters’ rules are allowed within reason. You MUST bring the rule set the car was built to along with a valid contact name and phone number for that promoter.

EXTRA PLATE ALLOWANCE — READ CAREFULLY
• Additional plates may overlap for this event but cannot touch or be attached to driveline components.
• If you already have different-sized plates from another rule set, your additional plates must be 6"x6"x1/8".
• Your normal plate allowance must still follow the normal rules. The additional cleanup plates allowed for this show may overlap.

Example: Street Stock Weld originally allows 8 plates on a pre-ran. Those original 8 must follow the normal rules. The additional cleanup plates allowed for Pumpkin Smash may overlap.

Anything built FRESH must be built to Domination Motorsports rules.
