Happy Friday everyone! I'm having a cocktail while making dinner, and figured I'd "stir the pot" with the recent fish consumption advisories for the lower Madison Chain (everything below Mendota) concerning PFOS. What do you guys think about it? Do you think we should ACTUALLY take some real action to clean up this mess? (For the record, we know where the contamination is coming from). What do you guys think the next steps should be? PFOS isn't new, it's moreso that we are now aware that they exist.

As you can probably imagine, we eat a LOT of salmon around here ๐Ÿ˜… Probably my favorite thing to do with it (especially kings) is crispy salmon bowls ๐Ÿฅฃ cubed salmon, dredge in cornstarch, fry, make some homemade teriyaki sauce, steam some rice, steam some veggies (fresh beans from the garden tonight), and it's salmon even salmon haters will eat ๐ŸคŒ What is your go-to salmon recipe?
