Home Yoga has always been a family operation. Yesterday my mom came down to teach Buster how to use the sewing machine and they sewed the studio new lavender scented eye pillows. Three generations of yogis just doing yoga studio things 💗

“Oh you’re the studio with the dog” -said by half of Orange County 😅 but she ain’t no regular dog, she is Lila the studio dog. Lila is Sanskrit for divine or sacred play; a philosophy in which both Scott and I root our teaching in. We teach serious s**t and have fun while doing it. Lila (the dog) is legit the embodiment of that philosophy. She takes yoga time serious (if you’ve taken classes with her you know what I am talking about) but is also the most playful spirit in the room. Anywho this was a very long way of saying Lila merch is in. Get your Lila sticker by taking a class this week.
